White Oak is the plan we'd build for the family that needs room for everyone and refuses to put the primary suite upstairs. The owners' suite and a private guest suite both sit on the main floor, while the island kitchen opens straight into the family room and a generous dining room — and a walk-in pantry and scullery keep the mess out of sight when you're hosting. Two offices off the foyer make working from home easy, and the covered porch and patio pull the living outdoors. Upstairs is its own world: four more bedrooms, a central loft, walk-in storage, and a dedicated media room. It's our largest plan — and one we've already built, so the photos here are the real thing.
